Products and Customization

All products are custom-made based on your specifications. Please review your customization choices carefully before ordering. We reserve the right to reject orders with inappropriate or offensive content.

Orders and Payment

• All orders are subject to review and approval
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• Prices are in US dollars and include applicable taxes
• Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days

Pickup

• Local pickup in Greenville, SC.
• Pickup timing is typically the same week as your order is printed

Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products:

• We cannot accept returns for change of mind
• If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us for a replacement
• Quality issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery

Product Quality

Our products are 3D printed using PLA plastic. While we strive for high quality:

• Minor variations in texture or color are normal for 3D printing
• Keep products away from high heat (above 140°F/60°C)
• Products are not dishwasher safe

Intellectual Property

By submitting customization text, you confirm that you have the right to use that content. We are not responsible for trademark or copyright issues arising from customer-submitted content.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3D King and 305 Ventures LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
